About Our Founder
Doug Orr founded Pioneer Leadership Advisors on more than 20 years of experience in positions of leadership and service.
He brings a passion to empower leaders to forge generational legacies through the work that he does as an executive coach, leadership advisor, and executive recruiter.
For over a decade, Doug has advised clients spanning both publicly traded companies and private equity-backed organizations in the recruitment of Non-Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officers, senior P&L leaders, and Chief Financial Officers within the energy industry.
